Yep - spent the weekend working on piecing these blocks, and the whole afternoon squaring them up. And then went to put them away with the other blocks for this quilt, and thought "What was Bonnie thinking mixing these 4" blocks in with all the other 3" blocks?" And the horror overcame me...I made these TOO BIG!!!! ACK!!!!! Back to the trimming board!

ReplyDeleteAt least you can trim them down. If you have an accuquilt go and the 3.5" die it would go pretty fast if you could get them lined up properly. Happy trimming. It happens to the best of us.
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is, "Thank you!" I've only made 3 quilts and experience all sorts of, "what the ... happened to this?!?" all along the way. Thank you for making me realize that sometimes things just don't go perfectly.
